Acceptable Use
The short version: buy things for yourself, use them yourself, and do not attack the site. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
What you must not do
With what you buy
- Resell, redistribute or publish licence keys or account details we supply.
- Share a key with people it was not bought for, or post one publicly.
- Use a product in a way its own vendor forbids — their licence applies alongside ours.
A key that has been shared or published may be revoked by its vendor, and we cannot replace it if it is.
When buying
- Pay with a card or account that is not yours.
- Buy with the intention of raising a chargeback after receiving what you bought.
- Create multiple accounts or use disposable addresses to get round a limit on a discount code.
- Give a false email address or false details.
To the site
- Attempt to gain access to an account, order or administrative area that is not yours.
- Scrape, crawl or automate ordering, or place load on the site beyond ordinary use.
- Probe for vulnerabilities without telling us first — see below, we would genuinely like to hear from you.
- Interfere with anyone else’s use of the service.
Found a security problem?
Please tell us at legal@reesmen.com before telling anyone else, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and does not access, change or keep other people’s data while finding it.
Please do not run automated scanners against the live site, and do not test anything that would degrade the service for customers.
What happens if you breach this
Depending on what has happened, we may cancel an order, refuse future orders, suspend or close an account, or report the matter to the police. Where a breach has cost us money — a fraudulent chargeback, for instance — we may pursue it.
If you think we have got it wrong, email support@reesmen.com and a person will look at it.
