What we sell

Three kinds of thing, and every product page says which it is before you buy:

• Licence keys — bought in advance and delivered instantly from stock we already hold.
• Access to third-party accounts — prepared for you after purchase, so these take longer.
• Downloadable files — sent to you after purchase.

How delivery works

When you pay, your order goes to the email address you gave us. Licence keys are already in stock, so delivery is automatic and near-instant — we do not take an order for a key we do not have. Products that need preparing by hand say so on the product page, with the time they take.

If something does not arrive, it does not go quietly missing. Failed deliveries land in a queue a person works through, and you can look up your order at any time with the order number and your email address.

How we handle your details

You can buy without creating an account — an email address is all we need. We do not sell your data, we do not send marketing you did not ask for, and we do not store the contents of the emails we send you. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and licence keys are encrypted, so a stolen copy of our database would give up neither.

If something goes wrong

Email support@reesmen.com with your order number. We aim to reply within one working day, monday to friday, 9am–5pm uk time. Our refund policy sets out when we refund and how long it takes.
